These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Nintendo Switch 2 Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by evolt, and Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from Friday, 1 August 2025 until 11:59pm, Friday 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

The offer is available to customers who purchase selected ektor emergency products, during the promotion period. Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period will not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

Eligible Products

The offer is available to customers who purchase selected ektor emergency products, during the promotion period.

Reward Criteria

Spend $200.00 + GST or more on a single invoice on selected ektor emergency products and receive an entry into a draw to win 1 of 5 Nintendo Switch 2 consoles valued at RRP$799.00 each.

General Terms

Only entry per qualifying invoice.

The reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other evolt, atom®, ektor, HARCROFT or XULUX offers, promotions, or discounts.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of the reward if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

Five winners will be randomly selected from entries received at participating branches that carry Evolt or Ektor products.
