These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Ezyduct GoPro Hero promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Electrical Supply Corp through Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By taking part in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating.

Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from Sunday, 1 March 2026, until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Any orders placed, or qualifying products purchased, outside the Promotion Period shall not be eligible for participation in the Promotion.

Eligibility

Purchase $100 + GST or more of Ezyduct products on one invoice and you’ll be entered to win one of four GoPro HERO Action Camera and Adventure Kits.

This offer is available instore only at participating Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd branches and is exclusively applicable to Customers who purchase Ezyduct products during the Promotion Period.

One entry will be allocated per qualifying invoice. Multiple entries are permitted if multiple qualifying invoices are issued.

General Terms

All prizes and rewards offered under this Promotion are non‑transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Electrical Supply Corp offers, promotions, or discounts relating to the same products offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of such amendment, suspension, or termination, all eligible orders placed prior to the effective date will be honoured.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Customer and to withhold or refuse the provision of any reward where fraudulent, misleading, or non‑compliant activity is suspected.

The prizes will be awarded to the account holders listed on the qualifying invoice. Four winners will be drawn:

• 1 x Auckland / Northland, including Whangārei, Warkworth, Albany, Penrose, Drury, Mt Eden and East Tāmaki.

• 1 x Waikato / Bay of Plenty, including Te Rapa, Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Te Kuiti, Tauranga, Tauriko, Mt Maunganui, Rotorua and Taupō

• 1 x Lower North Island, including New Plymouth, Hastings, Palmerston North and Petone.

• 1 x South Island, including Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Hornby, Papanui and Timaru.
