These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Evolve Lighting Summer Sorted Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd ("Active", "we", "our" or "us"). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from 1 October 2026 until 10 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

The promotion is open to customers purchasing eligible Evolve Lighting products from participating Active Electrical branches during the Promotion Period.

Customers will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw for every invoice containing Evolve Lighting products purchased during the Promotion Period.

Invoices that are subsequently refunded, credited, cancelled, or returned may have the associated entry removed from the draw. Employees of Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Rewards

One (1) Ultimate Summer Pack will be awarded at each participating branch.

Each Ultimate Summer Pack includes:

• 1 x YETI Roadie 32 Wheeled Cooler

• 1 x Ultimate Ears EVERBOOM Portable Speaker

• 1 x Blunt Beach Umbrella

• 1 x Nakie Sand-Free Beach Blanket

• 2 x Huski Beer Cooler 2.0

• 1 x Huski Wine Cooler

Total prize value: $1,600 NZD per pack.

Prize Draw

One winner will be drawn from each participating branch on Monday, 14 December 2026. Each winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified using the contact details associated with their Active customer account. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) working days, Active reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, expense, or disappointment suffered as a result of participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of any prize. All prize items are supplied by third-party manufacturers and are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranties and conditions.

General

Active reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time where reasonably necessary. Active reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms. The decision of Active regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy

By participating in the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided to us may be used across company websites; social media platforms; electronic newsletters; internal communications; and media releases. You acknowledge that no compensation will be payable for such use; any images may be edited, resized, cropped, or adapted for promotional purposes. Permission is granted indefinitely unless otherwise restricted by law.
