Introduction

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Keep It Cool promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Klein Tools NZ and Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“you” or “Customer”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before taking part in the Promotion.

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from Sunday, 1 February 2026 until 5:00 pm, Saturday 28 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

This managed marketing promotion is open to Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd customers who purchase any Alco products, either instore or online. Entries will be allocated based on eligible invoices. Only customers with current, active accounts at the time of purchase will be eligible to participate.

Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period will not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

Reward Criteria

Spend $150 + GST or more on a single invoice of any Alco range products at participating branches to receive one entry into the draw to win 1 of 50 Alco coolers.

Participating branches

Albany, Christchurch, Hamilton; Hastings, Hornby; New Plymouth; Papanui, Rotorua; Te Awamutu; Te Kuiti, Te Rapa, Timaru, and Whangārei.

About the Alco Cooler

Each participating branch will give away two Alco Coolers. The Alco Cooler features an 18 L capacity (approximately 27 cans) and includes wheels and an extendable handle for easy portability.

General Terms

Entry is limited to one per qualifying invoice.

Two winners will be randomly selected from participating branches. The draw will take place on or before Friday, 6 March 2026. Winners are responsible for collecting their Alco cooler from the branch where their entry was submitted.

The draw results are final. Winners’ names will be published on the Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd website and LinkedIn profile.

Public holidays may affect the timing of prize draws and prize collection.

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or services.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed prior to any modification or termination will still be honoured.

We reserve the right to verify customer eligibility and to withhold rewards if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

All customer accounts must be current and in good standing to qualify.
