These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Spring Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Legrand® & Trical, and Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from Wednesday, 1 October 2025 until 11:59pm, Sunday 30 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

The offer is available to customers who purchase a combination of Trical Ezywire Plus and Legrand® products during the promotion period.

Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period will not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

Reward criteria

Minor prizes

Spend $150 + GST or more in a single invoice on any combination of selected Trical Ezywire Plus and Legrand® products and go in the draw to win 1 of 2 Wiha Electric Screwdriver speedE® PocketDrive kits (bit box and bag included), valued at RRP $149 + GST.

Major prize

Spend $500 + GST or more on a single invoice across selected Trical Ezywire Plus products and any Legrand® products to go in the draw to win 1 of 5 travel vouchers worth $5,000 each.

General Terms

Only entry per qualifying invoice.

The reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Trical or Legrand® offers, promotions, or discounts offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of the reward if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

Two weekly winners will be randomly selected in the minor prize draw. Draws will take place on Mondays following a full week of trading, with prizes couriered to winners by the end of that week. Please note that public holidays may affect prize distribution. If no qualifying invoices are received in a given week, prizes will not carry over to the following week.

Five winners will be randomly selected in the major prize draw. Prizes will be allocated across the following geographic regions, based on Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd branches located within each region:

• 1 x Auckland/Northland (Whangārei, Warkworth, Albany, Penrose, Drury, Mt Eden, East Tāmaki).

• 1 x Waikato / Bay of Plenty (Te Rapa, Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Te Kuiti, Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Papamoa, Rotorua, Taupō).

• 1 x Lower North Island (New Plymouth, Hastings, Palmerston North, Petone).

• 1 x Upper South Island (Nelson, Blenheim).

• 1 x Lower South Island (Christchurch, Hornby, Papanui).

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd, Legrand®, and Trical will not be held liable for any injuries, damage, or losses incurred through the use or misuse of the tools provided.

The travel gift card is issued and managed by the nominated provider and is subject to their terms and conditions of use. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or refunded. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Expiry dates and redemption conditions apply and are the sole responsibility of the cardholder. Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd, Legrand®, and Trical accept no responsibility for the availability of travel, additional costs, cancellations, or changes once the card has been issued.

Prizes may be considered a taxable benefit to the recipient. Any tax implications, including Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) or income tax, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and/or their employer. We recommend seeking independent tax advice.
