These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Pierlite Summer Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Signify and Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from Wednesday, 1 October 2025 until 11:59pm, Friday 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

This offer is available instore and online for customers who spend $300.00 + GST or more on a single invoice of any Pierlite products during the promotional period.

Reward

This offer is available instore and online during the promotional period. For every $300.00 + GST or more on a single invoice of any Pierlite products, customers will receive one entry into the draw to win one of two Fishing Kayak Packages valued at $2,850 each.

Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period may not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

Disclaimer

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Signify (including its associated brands) accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to the prize of Fishing Kayak Packages (valued at $2,850 each).

1. Assumption of risk

The use, operation, and enjoyment of the kayak, including any associated water-based activities, is undertaken entirely at the sole risk and responsibility of the recipient.

2. Safety equipment

The prize does not include any safety equipment of any kind. Recipients are solely responsible for the provision, maintenance, and correct use of all necessary safety equipment, including but not limited to personal flotation devices, in full compliance with applicable New Zealand laws, regulations, and recognised water safety practices.

3. Exclusion of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Signify (including its associated brands) disclaim any and all liability for any damage, loss, injury, or accident arising directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, transport, storage, or possession of the kayak.

4. Tax obligations

Any tax implications, including but not limited to income tax or fringe benefit tax obligations arising under New Zealand law, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the physical address nominated by the recipient. Please note that public holidays may affect prize distribution. Risk in the prize passes to the recipient upon delivery. Neither Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd nor Signify (including its associated brands) accept liability for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage.

By accepting the prize, the recipient expressly acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.

General Terms

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Signify offers, promotions, or discounts offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd during the same promotional period.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of the reward if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

Two winners will be randomly selected – one winner on the North Island and one winner on the South Island. The draw will take place on Wednesday 5 November 2025 at the Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd Support Office in Auckland. The draws are final and winners names will be published on the Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd website and LinkedIn profile.
