These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Paddle Ball Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion period

The promotion will be valid from Monday, 3 November 2025 until 11:59pm, Sunday 14 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

The offer is available to customers who purchase any Simx products, including Manrose, SmartVent, HeatTrans, Simx Lighting, ESYLUX, Unilok and Alaskon during the promotion period.

Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period will not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

Eligible products

Any Simx products including Manrose, SmartVent, HeatTrans, Simx Lighting, ESYLUX, Unilok and Alaskon.

Rewards

Customers who purchase any Simx products, instore and online, will be entered in a weekly draw to win 1 of 5 paddle ball sets valued at RRP$199.99.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Simx Limited accept no liability or responsibility for any issues relating to the quality, performance, or condition of the paddleball equipment provided as part of this promotion. By accepting the reward, the recipient acknowledges and agrees that use of the equipment is at their own risk. Neither Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd nor Simx Limited shall be held liable for any injury, damage, or harm arising from the use or misuse of the equipment.

Responsibility for determining who within the recipient’s business receives the reward rests solely with the business. The recipient is also responsible for ensuring any use of the equipment complies with applicable health and safety requirements. Any tax implications arising from the receipt of this reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

General terms

One paddle ball set per qualifying invoice.

Five weekly winners will be randomly selected in the prize draw. Draws will take place on Mondays following a full week of trading, with prizes couriered to winners by the end of that week. Please note that public holidays may affect prize distribution. If no qualifying invoices are received in a given week, prizes will not be carried over to the following week.

Winners will be selected across the following geographic regions, based on Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd branches located within each region:

• 1 x Auckland/Northland (Whangārei, Warkworth, Albany, Penrose, Drury, Mt Eden, East Tāmaki).

• 1 x Waikato / Bay of Plenty (Te Rapa, Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Te Kuiti, Tauranga, Mt Maunganui, Papamoa, Rotorua, Taupō).

• 1 x Lower North Island (New Plymouth, Hastings, Palmerston North, Petone).

• 1 x Upper South Island (Nelson, Blenheim).

• 1 x Lower South Island (Christchurch, Hornby, Papanui).

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Simx Limited offers, promotions, or discounts on offer at any Active branch at the time of the promotion.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of rewards if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
